Scouts that have completed the rank of First Class or above are allowed and encouraged to demonstrate and teach a lower rank requirement to a scout of a lessor rank with the exception of the following requirements that are to be signed off only by the Scoutmaster, or Assistant Scoutmaster only. Scout Rank Requirement: Child Abuse (signed by parent) Scoutmaster conference

·         Tenderfoot Class Rank Requirements: Scout Spirit Scoutmaster Conference Board of Review

·         Second Class Rank Requirements: Five troop activities Service Project Scout Spirit Scoutmaster Conference Board of Review

·          First Class Rank Requirements: Ten troop activities Scout Spirit Scoutmaster Conference Board of Review All rank requirements beyond

·         First Class (Star, Life, Eagle) are to be signed off only by the Scoutmaster or Assistant Scoutmaster's. `

Any requirements that have been signed off by anyone other than the Scoutmaster or assistant scoutmaster's are subject to review.
